Nicole Ciolli started 20Something Consulting in 2011, after many years in talent acquisition and development. Her corporate experience in the financial and banking industry spans London, New York and Johannesburg and her clients include large organisations, academic institutions and private individuals. She has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology and a Masters in Management Coaching.
Nicole is passionate about her role in inspiring and developing individuals to discover their true potential and reach their goals. She is a natural motivator, helping clients gain clarity around their vision and put their ideas into action.
From career planning, graduate recruitment, talent development and coaching, Nicole has considered workplace solutions for both individuals and groups.
Nicole is the first South African Accredited Strengths Coach (by The Gallup Organization). Her enthusiasm in sharing Strengths development in her business and coaching practice has led to the establishment of The Strengths Link in South Africa. This forum creates an environment (for women) that inspires individuals to make significant life changes using the Strengths philosophy.
